Changes to Interest Rate for Mortgage Style Loans
As from 1st September 2023 until 31st August 2024 the new interest rate to be applied to all loans currently being serviced by Thesis Servicing will be 13.5%. The new interest rate is defined as the RPI for March 2023 which was 13.5%.
Interest will continue to be applied to accounts during any period of deferment.
If you are currently making repayments but are earning below the eligible deferment threshold (see below ”Changes to the Deferment Threshold”) and would like to find out more information about deferring your repayments for 12 months, please call our Customer Service Officers on 0333 004 5045 quoting your loan reference number and someone will be happy to assist you.
Changes to Deferment Threshold
As from 1st September 2023 until 31st August 2024 the deferment earning threshold will increase from £35,092 to £38,255 (equivalent to £3,187.91 per month).
